REGULATION ON THE CLASSIFICATION, PACKAGING AND LABELING OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES AND PREPARATIONS
Hazardous substances and preparations
ARTICLE 5 - (1) The following substances and preparations are considered dangerous for human health and the environment:
a) Explosives and preparations: Rapid exothermic reaction without atmospheric oxygen, thus rapidly releasing gas, exploding under certain test conditions
solid, liquid, pasty or gelatinous substances and preparations which spontaneously explode when they are partially or partially closed;
b) Oxidizing agents and preparations: Substances and preparations which cause a significant exothermic reaction in contact with other substances, especially flammable substances,
c) Extremely flammable substances and preparations: gaseous substances and preparations which, when exposed to air at room temperature and pressure, are flammable, gaseous substances and preparations having a very low flash point and low boiling point,
